Use this page as a fast path into the product. You can return here whenever you onboard someone new.
Newer workspaces may also show an in-product setup guide in the sidebar. The guide links to the same early setup areas, tracks completion automatically where possible, and can be restored from the user menu if it has been dismissed.
1. Open the Dashboard
Start from the Dashboard to see workspace activity, excursions that need attention, and tasks to follow up.
2. Create or open an excursion
From your excursions list, open an existing trip or start a new one. The Overview tab is the main summary for that excursion.
3. Add people and logistics
Typical early steps:
- Use Participants to attach students and track permission status.
- Use Staffing to add staff and roles.
- Use Timeline for the schedule and Transport when you need movement between places.
Connect or build Forms for permissions and surveys, and use Emails when you need to message families or staff from the excursion.
5. Risk and approvals
Use Risk management to record hazards and controls, and Reviews when your school uses an approval workflow.
