New features

  • Dedicated risk groups for activity types. Each activity type in workspace settings now has its own risk group in the Risk Bank, edited from a new Risk management tab in the activity type editor. When an excursion uses the activity type, the group is linked into the excursion automatically and shown with an Auto-applied badge, so hazards and controls follow the activity wherever it is used. See Risk bank and Risk management tab.

  • AI settings tab in workspace settings. Manage AI configuration for your workspace from a dedicated AI tab in workspace settings, including selecting the model used by the AI chat. Access is limited to authorized members. See Settings tab.

New features

  • AI suggestions for risk descriptions. Open a risk in the Risk Management Bank and use the new AI button to generate an improved description. Review the suggestion side-by-side with your original in a dedicated panel, then accept, edit, or discard it. See Risk Management Bank.
  • Public blog. A new blog is available alongside the marketing site, with categorised posts, author profiles, sitemap, and SEO metadata for each post.
  • AI itinerary timeline in chat. When the AI assistant reads an excursion itinerary or runs a travel-time check, it now renders an itinerary timeline directly in the chat panel — with each event, travel windows between events, route totals, and clear status badges for tight or unknown transitions. See Timeline tab.

Updates

  • Resizable AI chat panel. Drag the edge of the AI chat workspace to set the panel width that suits your screen. Your sizing preference persists between sessions.
  • Edit actions in the Risk Management grid. Risk Management Bank rows now expose an Open button and a right-click context menu for quick edits, with available actions adapting to the row type. See Risk Management Bank.
  • Refreshed dashboard layout. The workspace dashboard uses tighter spacing, simplified loading skeletons, and a wider responsive layout so summaries, tasks, and activity are easier to scan. See Dashboard.

Updates

  • Clearer AI tool statuses. AI tool runs now show dynamic status badges and refined icons, so you can see at a glance whether a tool is pending, running, or complete.

New features

  • Workspace billing. A new Billing tab is available in workspace settings for workspaces with billing enabled, so admins can manage their subscription in one place. See Settings.

Updates

  • Data grid group headers. Data grid columns can now be organized under group headers, with tooltips for extra context and accessibility improvements when scanning multi-column tables.
  • Smarter long text cells. Long text cells in data grids adapt to row height and truncate cleanly, so content stays readable across both single rows and grouped rows.
