The staff summary page is a read-only view focused on a single staff member’s excursion participation, with an admin-only compliance editor.

Compliance card
The compliance card tracks training currency with pairs of controls:
- CPR trained with an Expiry date field when enabled
- Anaphylaxis training with Expiry
- Administration of medication training with Expiry
- WWCC with Expiry, plus WWCC sighted date tracking and read-only text showing who sighted the WWCC and when (when recorded)
Compliance reminders are sent when enabled compliance items are due to expire in 30, 14, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, or 1 days. Workspace admins and managers receive these reminders, and the staff member also receives them when their staff record is linked to a user.
Actions:
- Reset and Save appear when you are allowed to edit compliance and there are unsaved changes.
- Saving shows a success toast with the staff member’s name.
